WIFI at the Farmhouse!
- Most weekends and holidays we have two or three night
minimums. HOWEVER, if we haven't booked for two nights
on the weekends by Friday afternoon, prior to the weekend,

- Children are welcome over the age of 8 years. We have
two rooms in the farmhouse
that will accommodate one child in a separate bed.
- We ask those who smoke please do so outdoors.
- Resident CATS and dogs
are very friendly and will greet you on your arrival and
keep you company if you give even the slightest encouragement.
- Your pets are best left at home since we provide such
great substitutes.
- Telephone available to guests.
- Advance dietary requests
gladly taken.
- I welcome assistance dogs at the Farmhouse in our barn
cottage and Elizabeth's room. I will provide blanket,
water and food bowl, and towel for wet paws.
Reservation Policies
- Rates are for two people (plus applicable taxes.) For each extra person add $25.00.
- Rooms are held 5 days pending receipt of your deposit in the amount of one night's rate or charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

- Check in any time after 2pm. Please call if you are arriving after 6pm.
- In case of cancellation your deposit is refunded (less a $15.00 processing fee on credit card reservations) if we are notified fourteen days before arrival or if we are able to re-rent the room.
